 o Friends\,\nJudo Union of Asia extends its warm greetings and good wishes
  to all the participants of this 2023 Asian Cadet &amp\; Junior Judo Champ
 ionships which will be held in Tashkent\, Uzbekistan. I take this opportun
 ity to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the organizers of 
 this event and especially to the Government of Uzbekistan and the Presiden
 t of Uzbekistan Judo Federation Mr. Azizjon KAMILOV for his ardent desire 
 to organize this event.\nAfter many months of uncertainty and hardship exp
 erienced all over the world that including Sports arena that we are well a
 ware of this vicious pandemic\, we at this moment resuming JUA Events and 
 look forward for the return of the normalcy that is more customary to our 
 common good of all and wellbeing.\nI like to thank each participant in thi
 s Cadet and Junior Championships and express sincere thanks for their part
 icipation and dedication to the sport of Judo that including the Organizer
 s of this Championships together with the cooperation received from the Go
 vernment of Uzbekistan and Sports body to conduct this Championships whole
  heartedly.\nWith the aim to bring up the sport of Judo in the world forum
  and its benefits to the public at large our whole desire to enter spirit 
 of friendship\, discipline and the respect which I trust will be in the ye
 ars ahead of us and to all our Judokas to perform their best and maximum q
 ualification for the upcoming regional and world events.\nI wish everyone
