The Amman Asian Cadet & Junior Cup 2025 officially began today at Princess Sumaya Hall, Amman, with four days of competition running until 24 August 2025. Following the successful Amman Asian Open earlier this week, the event is organized by the Judo Union of Asia (JUA) with the Jordan Judo Federation as the Local Organizing Committee.
This year’s edition brings together promising young talents from across Asia and beyond, offering them a valuable opportunity to gain international experience and ranking points on the IJF World Tour.

With many athletes eyeing future continental championships and world cadet and junior events, the Amman Cup serves as both a proving ground and a celebration of youthful talent.
The Judo Union of Asia commends the Jordan Judo Federation and the Local Organizing Committee for their efforts in staging back-to-back international events, reinforcing Amman’s role as a hub for Asian judo.
