The Taipei Gymnasium was abuzz with excitement as the Taipei Cadet and Junior Asian Cups 2025 came to a thrilling conclusion on July 15th and 16th, respectively. The competitions, which featured young judo talents from around the world, showcased the dedication and skill of the participants in the cadet and junior categories.
In the Taipei Cadet Asian Cup 2025, a total of 87 competitors from 4 nations took to the mats to vie for top honors. The event saw intense battles and impressive displays of judo expertise, culminating in a medal tally that highlighted the talent of the young athletes. Chinese Taipei emerged victorious with a remarkable performance, securing 9 gold, 10 silver, and 16 bronze medals, solidifying their dominance in the competition.
On the following day, the Taipei Junior Asian Cup 2025 featured 80 competitors from 6 nations, adding to the diversity and excitement of the judo matches. The junior athletes displayed exceptional skill and determination, captivating the audience with their performances. The medal standings reflected the competitive nature of the event, with the Republic of Korea, India, and Chinese Taipei among the top medal-winning countries.
